Cat bite

Cat bites are nasty things, second only, apparently, to a human bite. The first antibiotic they put me on (Augmentin) didn't really help, so I had to make another trip to the doctors today (where I waited for 2 hours) and they told me that in a small number of the cases that antibiotic I was on doesn't work because of a species of resistant bacteria. So I get another prescription for a different antibiotic. Hopefully this one will kill the bugs. Of course now Atticus is back to his normal friendly cat self and was rubbing agains me and purring.
